1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Staraura ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Your account and information
You do not need an account to book. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit at checkout and for keeping your booking reference confidential. Provide accurate name, email, and payment details — inaccuracies may lead to cancellation without refund.
3. Bookings and experiences
All celebrity experiences are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after payment verification is complete. Staraura is a facilitator between you and the talent; the talent is responsible for the actual service delivered.
4. Payment terms
We accept cryptocurrency and gift cards. Prices are shown in USD; crypto conversions are locked at checkout for 30 minutes. A 2% booking fee is applied at checkout to cover payment verification. Failed or fraudulent payments will be cancelled.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If the celebrity cancels, you receive a full refund including fees.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not: solicit inappropriate content, record sessions without consent, resell bookings, impersonate any person, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All Platform content — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by Staraura or its licensors. Celebrity imagery is used under license from the talent or their representatives.
8. Limitation of liability
Staraura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
