From you directly: name, email, phone (optional), booking details, payment proof (crypto tx hash, gift card code, uploaded receipts), messages you send us.
Automatically: IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited, for security and analytics.
2. How we use your data
To process bookings, verify payments, communicate about your experience, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Payment data
Crypto transaction hashes and gift card codes are stored securely. Gift card codes are treated as sensitive financial data, encrypted at rest, and deleted 30 days after verification unless we are legally required to retain them.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. Analytics cookies are optional. See our Cookie Policy for details.
5. Who we share data with
Only: the celebrity and their booking representative (limited to what's required to deliver your experience), our payment verification team, our email provider, and law enforcement when legally required.
6. Data retention
Booking records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Messages are retained for 2 years unless resolved. Payment proof is retained for 90 days after verification.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction of errors, or deletion at any time by emailing support@starlitnetwork.live. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use TLS for all traffic, hash passwords with modern algorithms, restrict employee data access to a need-to-know basis, and regularly review our security practices.
9. Children
Our Platform is not intended for users under 16. Bookings for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
